Neuro-Somatic Coaching

Coaching that works with your mind, body and real life — without pushing you somewhere you don’t want to go

You don’t need fixing — but something might need shifting

You might be juggling work, family, responsibility — or quietly questioning what comes next.

You’re capable, reflective, and doing your best to keep life moving.
And yet something doesn’t quite shift — even when you understand it logically.

Motivation dips. Confidence wobbles. Decisions feel heavier than they should.
You’re not broken — but something may need shifting.

This is often where neuro-somatic coaching becomes useful.

Not because anything is wrong —
but because thinking alone doesn’t always create movement.

This is for busy, capable people seeking clarity, confidence and a new direction — without pressure or over-analysis

What this coaching is (and what it isn’t)

This is forward-focused coaching, not therapy.

Neuro-somatic coaching works with:

  • where you are now

  • what you want to move towards

  • what may be getting in the way — practically, emotionally, or physically

We don’t analyse your past or pathologise your experience.
We focus on clarity, direction and choice — in a way that feels grounded rather than forced.

Sometimes emotions or physical responses show up — because you’re human, not a machine.
That doesn’t mean we go digging or spiralling.

It means those signals are met calmly and used intelligently, so they don’t quietly block progress in the background.

How I work

My coaching style

My approach is humanistic and transformative, grounded in my training with Animas Coaching.

In practice, that means:

  • You’re met as a whole person, not a problem to solve

  • Sessions are spacious, focused, and purposeful

  • We work at a pace that feels steady and useful — not pressured

  • You’re supported to think, feel, and decide for yourself

I’m not here to perform, push, or “motivate” you into action.
I’m here to help you access clarity and movement that actually lasts.

What makes this neuro-somatic coaching different

Many coaching approaches focus purely on mindset.
Others focus heavily on the body without structure.

Neuro-somatic coaching brings the two together — without turning everything into therapy.

We pay attention to:

  • how your nervous system responds to pressure, change, or responsibility

  • where thinking alone might be stalling progress

  • what supports you to stay regulated while moving forward

This doesn’t mean we “go deep”.
It means we don’t ignore useful information when it appears.

If something shows up in the body or emotions, it’s acknowledged and settled — not amplified, analysed, or made into a story.

You stay in control.
The work stays future-focused.

This approach is especially helpful if…

  • his approach is especially helpful if you:

    • feel stuck between insight and action

    • are navigating change, pressure or uncertainty

    • notice confidence or motivation dip without a clear reason

    • are juggling work, family and responsibility

    • want coaching that feels grounded — not fluffy, and not clinical

Many of my clients are professionals, working parents, or people at a point of transition — capable individuals seeking a clearer sense of direction.

This work meets you where life actually is, not where you think you should be.
