Why Octant™ was created

Many people I worked with were already trying.

They were reading. Reflecting. Learning. Understanding themselves.

Yet they still felt overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck at times. Most did not need more pressure. More information. Or another thing to keep up with. They needed: 

A moment to pause. 

Understand what’s happening. 

Express what’s hard to explain.

Take one small step at a time

Over time these simple practices helped people become:

  • more aware
  • more compassionate towards themselves
  • more grounded
  • more able to move forward realistically

And those shifts rarely stayed with just the individual.
