Why Daily Self Evolution™ was developed

Many people I worked with knew they wanted something to change. Others weren’t quite sure what they wanted anymore. Life had changed. Children had grown. Careers had shifted. Or after years of caring for others, they found themselves quietly asking:

“What about me now?”

Yet many still found themselves stuck in familiar patterns. Starting and stopping.  Overthinking. Losing momentum. For some, moving forward had quietly become another thing to get right.

Daily Self Evolution™ grew from coaching and therapy with thoughtful people who were already trying — but still struggling to move forward consistently. Many naturally returned to these small-step practices because they felt realistic enough to actually use in everyday life.

Daily Self Evolution™ was developed to offer something different: A practical way to notice what may be getting in the way — and take one small, realistic step forward.

What if I miss days?

Missing days is not failure. Often it simply reflects what is happening in your life or nervous system at the time.

How long does it take each day?

Most people use it for 10–20 minutes — around 1–2% of their waking day.

Why is breathing included?

Our breathing and nervous system are closely connected.

Simple breathing prompts can help support awareness, focus and reflection.

 

Can I use this alongside therapy or coaching?
