I understand that therapy can be challenging but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I offer a compassionate personalised approach because everyone is unique and so should be your therapy. I use a mix of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming, EMDR (based in EMDR, Somatics, Timeline), working somatically and incorporating techniques such as CBT, Gestalt, Solution Focused to mention a few to help work through past trauma, anxiety, addictions, to ultimately get you to where you want to be.
We work purely at your pace as your safety is priority. I may set homework and or give you personalised recordings because this builds on the work we do in session.
