I offer integrative therapy and neuro-somatic coaching for people who want change that feels safe, grounded, and lasting — without pressure to “fix” themselves.

A calm, personalised way of working

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping, analysing, or being the one others rely on.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and responsive to you. I work with both the mind and the body, because real change happens when your nervous system is included — not overridden.

My work integrates EMDR, hypnotherapy, NLP, and somatic approaches, chosen carefully depending on what your nervous system needs — rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all technique. Learn more about EMDR therapy

Depending on what you bring, our work may support:

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Addiction and compulsive patterns

  • Burnout, confidence, and self-doubt

  • Life transitions, including menopause wellbeing

Sessions move at your pace, with safety, choice, and regulation at the centre. Where helpful, I may offer reflective practices or personalised audio support between sessions to help changes settle and integrate.

Integrative Somatic Therapy

Depth when needed. Forward movement when possible.

I integrate therapeutic and coaching approaches so the work stays appropriate, ethical, and effective.

This means:

  • Allowing space for what shaped you, without getting stuck in the past

  • Working with nervous-system responses, not just thoughts and behaviours

  • Staying future-focused where that supports growth and momentum

I’m trauma-trained (not just trauma-informed), which allows us to work safely at depth when needed — and equally important, to know when not to.

You won’t be pushed into insight, catharsis, or intensity.
You won’t be left skimming the surface either.

Neuro-Somatic Coaching

For capable people who want clarity and direction.

Alongside therapy, I offer neuro-somatic coaching for people who want to move forward — while still honouring their nervous system.

Unlike traditional coaching, this approach works with the body as well as the mind. Because I’m trauma-trained, we can explore goals, decisions, identity, and change without bypassing what needs care.

This is often a good fit if you’re:

  • Functioning well, but feeling internally stuck

  • Wanting change without pressure or performance

  • Looking for grounded support through transition or growth
