Welcome to my Hypnotherapy, NLP & Coaching Services in Worthing & Online

I use a mix of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching when working with life’s challenges, such as anxiety, past trauma, addictions, phobias, confidence issues, PTSD, and Menopause symptoms.

We are all aware of these labels, but for each person how they came about, how they manifest and restrict life is unique to the individual.

That is why I use a bespoke mix of approaches to honour the individual and so we can ultimately get to the root cause of the issue.

Through the blend of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (including CBT, Gestalt, Solution Focused to mention a few), NLP, and Coaching, we can effectively address your past, present, and future.

Working with your goals and adapting my approach to meet your needs. Homework and bespoke recordings are set to build on what we do in session.

Choosing the right therapist is essential which is why I offer a free intro talk. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance we will discuss what you would like to work with and and how I could support you. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about how I work.

Intro calls are carried out via zoom or on the phone irrespective or whether actual sessions with be face to face or online.

We work as a partnership where you are at the heart of everything we do.  Each treatment plan is bespoke as it is the most effective way to get you to your solution state.

There may be homework set in-between sessions – this builds on the work we do together

I use a mix of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (which incorporates CBT, Gestalt, Positive Psychology to mention a few), Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching to help you Rewire, Reconnect with yourself, build up your Resilience and move towards a Liberated future

Evidence Based Therapy

NHS/NICE Pilot Study 2011, recorded the effectiveness of Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy for the treatment of depression and anxiety. Compared to other talking therapies (like CBT). Self reported by those who considered themselves recovered after an average of 6 sessions.
