Integrative Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Healing

Starting therapy can feel daunting — but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Many of my clients arrive feeling anxious, stuck, or exhausted from holding everything together. You might appear capable and composed on the outside yet find it hard to rest, switch off, or stop overthinking.

I offer a compassionate, personalised approach because no two people are the same — and neither should their therapy be. Drawing on EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Somatic Therapy, I integrate techniques from CBT, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support healing from anxiety, trauma, addiction, burnout, and self-doubt. Together, we work gently to help you feel calmer, more confident, and back in control.

Our sessions move at your pace, with your safety and nervous system at the centre. Between sessions, I may share reflective exercises or personalised audio recordings to deepen and sustain your progress.
