In my practice, I incorporate NLP to shift limiting beliefs and somatic work to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. This combination creates a holistic approach that doesn’t just change your mindset but transforms your entire being.
I am currently working towards my International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation, which is the gold standard in the coaching profession.
While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and understanding deep emotional patterns, coaching is oriented toward the future. It’s about setting goals, solving problems, and cultivating new skills to achieve desired outcomes. With my background in therapeutic techniques, I also offer therapeutic coaching, which can bridge the gap between the two where needed. However, it’s important to note that even therapeutic coaching remains distinct from traditional therapy

I work in Worthing and Online and also incorporate ‘Walk & Talk In Nature’ – being in nature increases your ability to be creative, improves focus and reduces stress. As always we work at your pace
My sessions last 45-90 minutes as I prefer to honour what comes up in session and not the clock.
